My favorite for vegan omelette
I like this brand the best. I am able to find them on occasion at an Asian store I go to, but it's not real close and the price was comparable here. I soak 3 tbsp of these with 1 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds, then drain and blend with water, turmeric, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, nutritional yeast, dry mustard, baking powder, until like just a little thinner than pancake batter and cook in pan. Fill with whatever you like and sprinkle kala namak (black salt) at end and it tastes like an egg omelette, but healthier and no animals harmed. 😉

Good stuff
Good quality and organic. I use this to make a homemade 'just egg' imitation. It rinses well so that makes it good for this use. I buy it regularly. It's a little pricey.

Good food, good value.
I had never had this before but wanted to try it as it is so good for you. I followed instructions exactly the first time I made it and it was OK. The next time I made a fresh vegetable broth base and added celery and small potatoes with more spices and we liked it a lot more then then. White rice was recommended as it is easier to digest, but as we are not sick now I used wild rice. I Will try with brown rice or quinoa next I think. Good price for size, A little cooks up to a good size batch so start small with just a little unless you plan to freeze some.

A good product
I’m not an aficionado in lentils. Organic, simple quality, packaging is nice. Good price.

Worth the Cost! $$$
I've been buying non organic moong dal for a long, long time. I had no idea what I was missing out on! Now that I've had the chance to try both the non-organic and organic beans, I am certain I cannot go back to the non-organic one for many reasons. Organic: *Looks Great *They are all about 99.99% split/hulled. Very little green shells remain. *Smells great *Super clean Non-Organic: *Cheaper *So many outer green shells still remain. *Has a very strong odor *Not so clean. I end up washing these for a super long time because the water is so murky in color. These are only about 5 more dollars than the non-organic one, but it's definitely worth the cost!

Organic Moong Dahl is Clean and Tastes Great.
This organic moong Dahl was clean, tasty and less expensive than Dahl I had used in the past. I just ordered another package. The price has increased a bit since I last ordered so will be watching that closely for future orders. For the past 6 months I have been using a lot of Ayurvedic recipes for health reasons. Organic split mung Beans, which is what this is, can be a challenge to find. Again, Amazon comes to the rescue. I use this to make different kitchari recipes which includes rice and healing spices. I especially like this is a larger 4 lb package.
