This glider is comfortable and was fairly easy to assemble. It is sturdy and looks nice on the deck. We have chosen to store it inside for the winter, as it might have begun to rust if left out in our NE winters.

We bought four of these chairs. I have these on a paver patio. After a rain, there was a little water on the seat so I tilted the chair to allow the rain water to run off and a LOT of rain (with rust) ran out of the metal tubes that are on each side of the seat of the chair. The rusty water ran onto my paver patio and I had to go get the hose and wash the orange rust off. When it rains, the water runs from the seat directly into each of the side tubes where it stays and rusts. I may need to buy covers for the chairs to protect from rain.

Bought a set of two glider chairs for the patio; liked them so much i purchased a set for the deck. Assembly is a trick. After the second chair assembly, the 3rd and 4th chair were a breeze. The key is to assemble seat, back, and arms loosely, then tighten all screws. Assemble the legs and braces loosely, then tighten all screws. Then attach the gliders to the legs loosely, then tighten the screws. Finish by attaching the chair to the gliders loosely, then tighten all screws. Easy!As a preventative for rust, i sprayed the metal parts with Rust-Oleum clear satin paint.Very comfortable chairs!

I just finished putting these chairs together. It's a little tedious but a little patience is needed. I suggest you don't tighten any screws until you have the chair completely assembled. Leave the screws loose and tighten down before putting the protective bolt caps on. The instructions are accurate but difficult to see. I went back on Amazon and expanded the pictures of the chairs so I could compare the finished product to my progress. Some have complaints the chair only moves a few inches. Mine did the same until I discovered I had put the front glider strap in the wrong bolt hole. The pictures from Amazon revealed my error. I moved the strap to the front holes and it glides very well and very smooth. I wouldn't recommend these chairs if you are a large person. They are sturdy enough for someone of average build. They are well built and feel very comfortable. They look durable enough to be kept outdoors indefinitely. I would recommend these gliders to my friends and family for sure.

I dislike the screeching and the sharp edge on the seat. It's very annoying.

Love the two glider chairs I bought for my husband and I for our anniversary. They are comfortable and attractive on our deck. I have been looking for these for a long time. The gliders I found in big box stores were bigger and clumsy looking and cost way too much. Very happy with these gliders. Only negative was the squeak. Finally pinpointed it and fixed it. You can find me on the deck in my glider.

This chair is perfect for the backyard. It makes me feel relaxed when it swings gently in the breeze and in the sun. The material is comfortable and easy to clean, just wipe it wet when it gets dirty, or just spray it with water. After washing, it dries quickly in a place exposed to sunlight. Installation is not too difficult and only takes about half hour to complete. I enjoy relaxing in this chair every day when my kids play in the backyard.

the chair sit fine, add the reclining part and it wobbles some when trying to fasten together. the "L" screws for the back reclining part do not seem to be long enough and makes for quite a bit of difficulty to fasten, seems to be "sprung" when finished. it was easier to read directions. but definitely takes two people to put together.

Shame really, quite comfortable and a good price for the money but rain enters the groove on the seat supports, drains into the tube, causes rust and leaves nasty rust stains on my deck after every rain, even the light ones! A deal breaker for me as I have a nice new Duradek finish. Amazon returned my money which was decent.

Instructions were simple to follow and I was able to setup both chairs by myself in about 1hr. Used my own wrench and allan key handle, the throw away tools supplied would have added 30 minutes to the job. Overall happy with purchase, comfortable, and glides as it should. Just wish the plastic snap covers for the allan heads and nuts were of better quality or snapped on better. Had to glue a few, as they kept popping off.
