I love this! The color is very strong and prominent so I don't really have to worry about layering. The appearance wet and dry is amazing, and I don't have to worry about how light it'll look afterwards. It's very easy to use and safe, so I recommend for anyone who's interested in arts and crafts or someone with little children who want to paint! It's very easy to wash off and it doesn't stain your nails. The thickness is nice, not too runny or too thick. However, if you don't use it for a long time, make sure to shake the bottle so you can mix the oil and paint back together again! It's so fun and I love it! It works so good on many different surfaces like wood, canvas, and even paper!

This is a true navy color... Coverage is good... Sometimes you need a second coat... Definitely durable... blendable while wet... matte finish... great quality... I am a repeat buyer

A decent good reliable grassy green color that can go either way - lighter or darker. Good price. Makes it easy to paint trees, grass, etc. Takes 2-3 layers on canvas / board to make opaque. Responds well to blending w gesso or retarder. And good for those rocks too. Plus nontoxic or smells much. Easy clean up w warm soapy water within 1 hr.

As always, super impressed with the apple barrel paints! They are priced so good that you’d think they was something wrong, but nope they never cease to amaze me. The color I perfect, thickness is spot on. Durability is beyond comparable to other acrylics. Honestly under $1 you can’t beat the price for the product.

I picked up this Apple Barrel matte paint in Berry Red for some of my craft projects. The color is actually really pretty and a nice, deep red, which I liked. It flows pretty well, though I did find I needed a few coats to get the coverage I wanted. It’s definitely an affordable choice for simple DIY stuff, but it's just okay overall—nothing spectacular, but it gets the job and done for the price it's actually pretty good quality. It is on the thinner side which i feel makes it easier to work with and dries pretty quick

Overall, Apple Barrel is a decent craft acrylic paint. You will need several layers for a good coverage, depending on the color, but for that price, layering more is not an issue for me.

Really good paint!! I got 4 bottles of the candy pink colour to paint the outside of my hamsters enclosure with! I'm amazed by how much I was able to do! I managed to do the entire outside of the cage, including the back, with just 2 bottles!! I didnt put a second coat on, but felt like I really didn't need to. It has great coverage! Colour is nice and vibrant and it dried really well! It dried a slightly darker pink to when it went on. It seems the wood took the paint really well! No streaks! I had to go over a few tiny darker patches a couple times, and that was it! It was a lovely smooth consistency and went on really well. Pretty much perfect consistency. Not too thick. Not thin. Just right! Didn't clog up and the best part is it's really easy to clean up! I accidentally got a bit of paint on the perspex windows and was able to easily wipe it off with some kitchen roll! Easy! I also got some on the kitchen floor. No problem! It just wipes away with a damp cloth. Didn't stain my hands or clothes. Was easy to rinse off the paint brushes and bowl! And it doesn't smell strong. Honestly was pretty impressed especially for how cheap they are! And I still have 2 bottles spare that I didn't even need!!

The color shade is good, precise candy pink color. However, the color has gotten spoilt & looks curdled literally. This has been on the shelf for ages i think, or to heat or sunlight.. Such a waste of such a great shade, not buying from this seller again.
