Disgraceful service
The media could not be loaded. The leaf blower arrived faulty the handle is completely loose. I contacted seller several times and they continually state they are busy due to COVID,l. This has been going on since July. Extremely poor, this company should not be permitted to trade on Amazon.

Product overheats stops working and melts the plastic air guard. nightmere trying to get resolved with German supplier. They suggest i box it up and send back to them. Major time waste with no UK help to resolve.

Do not buy! Spares are not available
The ignition coil wasn't installed properly and came loose thereby destroying the part against the flywheel.I contacted support and was told by no spare parts are available for this unit.Blower has less than 2 hours runtime. Avoid!
