A friend recommended this product and I'm glad I tried it. Penetrates well, nice cooling effect. Does have a strong smell but kinda nice. Give it a try, works well for me.

Immediately felt relief in my lower back, shoulders, muscles. Didn't burn or sting, soothing, and I got Immediately pain relief especially with sciatica pain. Only issue is I wish they had a non scented version. The scent is strong doesn't last long and not bad, but would be great if they offered this unscented. I got the roll on on my 2nd purchase so you don't need to use your hands.

I have a sort of mild to strong pain in my neck due using bad pillows and wearing a cross body bag for years. I used this cream and started applying a thin layer to the affected areas area and within minutes I felt better. I have been apply it twice a day and it seems to be helping a lot. The odour is not bad. So far I haven’t had any skin reaction at all. I recommend you give it a try.

This a great cream for pain it works great

I gave this cream a four star because it’s just OK. It does help a little bit, but it really does not help long-term. I have to use it every day in order for the pain to go away on my elbow. It’s too expensive to be using it every day. I went by the other reviews that it works instantly it does not work instantly. It just subsides the pain for a few minutes while it’s hot but once it cools down, the pain is back.

My bathroom is literally a pain store. I own so many items that are herbal for the many kinds of pain I experience daily and nightly. (I am over 60 with extensive injuries). This stuff is the answer. Yes, it smells of wintergreen at first. No big deal. The smell dissipates. Its not greasy, you only need a small amount and it works for absolutely everything! Abdominal pain, back pain, knee pain and ... muscle cramps! I couldn't believe it and this is all within the last couple of days. I thought I would never find anything that stopped a severe muscle cramp in its tracks in the middle of the night, but this product does. And you don't have to slather it on or use it every day - It keeps on working. Another surprise! I have suffered for a lot of years and this product is the answer for now! I hope it continues to work for a very long time!

This is an excellent Arnica cream with the smell and feel of good old fashioned A535 cream. The smell is very strong, but it works really well. Consistent use makes the difference. Helps with aches and pains, but also deals with inflammation, bruising (that's where arnica really shines!), and joints. Not recommended for use on hands, just because you really will want to wash it off right away. Price is as good if not better that in the health stores
