My tiny carnivore loves them!
I have a rather picky kitty, my tiny carnivore, but she loves these! So much so I’m sure she would eat the whole bag if she could - in one go! In fact, if I don’t put the bag in my cupboard she will grab it and I’ll find it on the floor with tiny tooth punctures all over it! One of my other cats also loves these while my third cat not really, but he rarely eats anything but regular cat kibbles. I do wish these were cheaper given how much my cats love them. I went looking for alternatives, but I’d prefer these. I definitely prefer to give my cat natural treats, not fabricated ones. Be If you’ve got a picky kitty, definitely give these a try!

Give them the best
These are the best quality cat treats I’ve found on the market and I’m very grateful for having found them. I research and I’ve been through many. The quality, texture and my cats response sold me. Human grade was the key. My biggest relief was fear of bird flu risk. I recently lost my Precious girl of nearly 21yrs and I’m so sad that I’d never had options of this quantity throughout her life. I now have a new Siberian kitten and I want nothing but the absolute best for her. I want another 21 years with my new best friend. Initially, she treated these like toys, ha! as they were difficult to chew because she was a teething, baby. A spritz of warm water remeded that easily, but now at eight months, she devours them like they’d her last meal. She has a great deal of food curiosity so, assuming she has eaten her Tiki Whole Foods during the day, when I sit down to my evening meal, she gets a small plate with small portion of these, a squeezed out Churu and a small portion of another favorite treat before watching a show and tucking in for the night. The market is flooded with garbage cat food and so many are being fed garbage every day. Nitpicking about food and treats of this quality is certainly a luxury. I’m sure your cat is very grateful they’re being offered something this superior to most. So just give it to them. 🇺🇸 they are worth it!

Whole Life chicken treats
I had been using Whole Life for many years. I stopped for a while and was using another cat treat which was discontinued. When I got my Ragdoll at 4 months old, his breeder was giving the cats Whole Life, so I ordered a bag. No sooner that I handled the bag that my 4 month old kitten was running into the kitchen for his treats! He remembered the sound of the bag! He is now 10 and loves these treats as does my 13 yr old diabetic cat., Granted there are powdered crumbs, so I sprinkle those onto the wet food, so there’s no waste. The Ragdoll will eat the powdered crumbs as well. Nothing goes uneaten.

Mostly she likes
For the most part she eats this pretty consistently. Sometimes there are pieces which are bones and other very hard… something.

We love this product
We are just praying like crazy that this company will hold its integrity and not start using lab grown meat! My cat loves this flavor! He actually loves this company the most

Found a piece of NON FREEZE DRIED CHICKEN
Every morning, my boyfriend gives our cat her freeze dried chicken. She’s been eating Whole Life for years at this point. We trusted them because they say their chicken is cooked prior to freezing. We’ve ordered and reordered their products dozens of times on Amazon. Pebbles, our cat, always eats it all up. Which is why when I noticed one piece left over, moved by her off her mat but uneaten, I thought it was strange. I bent down to get it and was shocked to find it was cold, rubbery, chicken. NOT freeze dried, at all. Wasn’t sure if it was raw or cooked so tore it open and it spread like buying a refrigerated rotisserie chicken at the grocery store. I am so happy my cat did not eat this piece and that she knew it wasn’t safe. But I am terrified that she had it in her mouth and moved it out of the way. And I’m terrified that she has been eating from this bag that was packaged with this inside it and was eating pieces touching this piece the whole time, today included. I just finished sending an email to the company. I order the big size bags always so I just have the inner plastic bag and no longer have the outside shell bag that has date codes products codes etc. on it so I’m not sure how much help that will provide to Whole Life. I just hope they take this seriously. There needs to be a recall. I’m so scared for Pebbles. Throughout all this bird flu stuff, I’ve always tried so hard to do the best for her and research everything she consumes. Just makes me not want to trust any food for her anymore, I don’t know what to do. I can only imagine the bacteria a long ago packaged, sitting out in room temperature, piece of chicken would have on it. Stay away from Whole Life. EDIT: I spoke to Whole Life on the phone. They went over their practices with me. They have no clue how this happened. I feel comforted that this error will never occur again after listening to how many steps their products go through. I believe this was a million to one bad luck. The owner, the production line, the whole office, has gone over what happened. I appreciate how much Whole Life cares. It’s unfortunate that no one has a theory on how this happened, but that’s because of how impossible it is that it happened in the first place it seems. Regardless, it did happen, so I will be leaving this review up still to inform others. We (tentatively) will continue using Whole Life at this point after speaking with them. I want to still trust them and want to still believe they’re one of the good guys of the pet food world.

Cat-Approved, Budget-Challenging
My cat gives these freeze-dried chicken treats four paws up! I’m very careful about the ingredients in the food I give her, and I’ve tried several other brands—some she completely ignores. These, however, are hands-down her all-time favorite. I ordered the larger 9 oz bag, and it lasts a surprisingly long time. I really appreciate that the ingredient list is simple—just one ingredient: chicken. It’s also a big plus for me that they’re made in the USA, where quality standards are more consistent. Even my vet gave these the thumbs up over many other brands. That said, there are a couple of minor downsides. Occasionally, I come across pieces that are extremely hard—almost rock solid—so I make sure to check them before giving them to her to avoid any risk of hurting her teeth. My biggest complaint is the amount of crumbs and dust in the bag from broken pieces. For the price, I’d expect more full-sized treats and fewer crushed bits. While I understand some breakage is normal, this feels a bit excessive. I’ve included a photo to show what I mean—the treats are in a different container (turned around so the label isn’t visible), since I wanted to better highlight the amount of crumbs. The cost is also on the higher side. I’m on a budget and want to give my cat the best, and while these do last a while (especially if used as an occasional treat), I probably won’t purchase them frequently at the current price. The downgrade in star rating is due to the price and amount of crumbs basically; the quality of the product and the vet approval is top notch, along with the fact my cat loves them.

Power packed nutritious food
It's too costly to be used for daily use and there are few pieces in the packet rest all got powdered but my cat loved it

Like crack for my cats
My cats go crazy for this - once they see me holding the package I have to fend them off! Really great that a simple freeze-dried chicken product with no other ingredients to worry about is such a hit. Only thing I don't like is that it's got a really powdery texture which ends up on the floor and all over my hands.

caution
they liked at the first, then wouldn't touch later, i think might expired or badly stored... why there is no expiry data? i got on kitten throughout all of it at one time.
