Incredible product!! 5*. I had tried a standard patio cleaner but the black spots on my porcelain patio just would not shift. Used this product and the results were fantastic. Said to leave the products on the patio for 45 minutes to work but it removed the black spots within 10 minutes. No scrubbing required. Just gently brushed in the product and let it do its work. Powerful stuff so wear gloves and protective goggles.

I applied this competitively priced product to stained paving where it not only removed the stains, it also kiiled weeds, moss and accumulated algae. Application is simple, measure out the required quantity into a hand pumped spray, add water, apply and then using a stiff brush, work the solution into the slabs. Leave it for an hour and then power wash using a circular cleaner rather than a jet. There is a smell of bleach, but it is not overpowering outside. Safety wise, you are using a caustic substance and whilst gloves and goggles are not essential, you may wish to consider using them. I found it very effective on a durable surface, it offers value for money and more importanly it saves time. Easy to award 5 stars to and recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and lived up to my expectation. Was a little worried handling at first but gloves and old clothes a must. Used on garden patio that I usually jet wash but not been able to last 2 years due to medical problems. Tried a 4:1 mix in a sprayer but ended up just 1:1 in a watering can as I'm lazy. Left for 20 minutes and hosed off. Brilliant. Saved jetwashing and the wife actually thought I'd jetwashed. Bought 10l and plan to do front driveway.

Smells very strong and will strip any colour from your clothing. It is effective but use sparingly.

Great product at a fraction of the price of other patio cleaners. Removes black spot and algae effectively and can be diluted 5:1 so 5 litres makes 25 litres of effective product and cleans about 80m2 of stone paving. So we managed to clean all our patio and paths with one 5 litres bottle as opposed to needing 20litres of the proprietary patio cleaner.

This is a product I've been using for several years now and represents excellent value for money compared to the other proprietary products on the market purporting to be the solution to cleaning paving stones and drives which all represent a candle to this stuff's flame thrower effect on stains, mould, lichen, weeds and discolouration on outdoor surfaces. That said, it should be treated with utmost caution, diluted by 50% with water and the instructions on the containers followed scrupulously. Wellies, old jeans you no longer need, plastic raincoat, rubber gloves, mask, goggles, the lot. It's bleach basically but I find one treatment lasts 2 seasons and your paths remain bright, mould free and sparkling clean. Represents tremendous value for money when diluted, but common sense and caution when applying should be applied.

Excellent value and extremely effective. Used on my patio and driveway and removed all moss, mould, algae and black spots. Last year i purchased Monty Miracle which is more expensive - this is 10 times better and more effective. Dilute 1 part to 5 and 5 litres was enough for my driveway and rear garden patio / path.
