Can I use these to clean cars or motorcycles safely?

I have personally used this particular wipe to wipe off dirty, paint spills off my vehicle as it’s soft. Seems like it may be an expensive method of cleaning an entire vehicle though lol

Are these any good for cleaning kitchen floor tiles?

They are suitable for cleaning almost any surface and yes they would clean floor tiles. But uniwipe (ultra grime) also manufacture an anti-bacterial wipe that is great for Kitchens etc. And if the floor requires a heavy scrub they also manufacture a wipe called power scrub which has a textured surface and is more heavy duty for areas that are in need of a good scrubbing.

I see that there is 4 to choose from. Which one is best for both hands and wiping down tools?

I'm not sure as I've only ever used the blue ones (ultra) and these are good for both hands and tools, paint, light oil. general grime etc. I'd say if they were too "aggressive" to be great on tools that would make them too harsh for hands if that makes sense.

Does the packet say that these are safe to use for spot-cleaning on soft furnishings and carpet?

No, these are not suitable for use on upholstery
