Good fitness for bored teenagers
I bought this for my 15 year old son to give him something to do in lock down other than play PS4.It can adapt in length. So far his used it every day.The rope came on time and is as described.A good item

You need strong wire cutters.
I’m a novice and haven’t skipped since childhood but this rope is far superior to ropes I used to have. It is light but goes well even in windy conditions. It was very difficult to cut so I’m sure it will be durable.

Lightweight yet powerfull
Good skipping rope, bought several to finally find the one.Lightweight, yet it has enough power for full spin effortlessly.My 10y old daughter does 100 skips in one go as per coach advice and she doesn't struggle with this one, it doesn't tangle, length is adjustable.

Good skipping rope - rope is a bit long
Great skipping rope overall. Works well and is comfortable to hold. As I'm only 5ft 3, the rope is quiet long, therefore, I have to wind a small part around my hands as it's easier to skip when the rope is a bit shorter.
