Great product

I've been taking this product for almost two years now. I was on two different meds/thyroid supplements for decades which were supposed to be natural vs. synthetic. One product was hard to get and the other formula was changed causing side effects. I got off the meds and began this supplement. I haven't had any issues with my thyroid since. It seems to be in check. Of course, I eat right and exercise which helps, too. I find this product to be very helpful and also affordable. The ingredients are a good match for me. I recommend giving it a try.

I have been using these pills for 2 weeks now , I have hypothyroid for many years and have been taking synthroid daily , I really do not want to be taking chemical medicines for the rest of my life and was looking for a long time for a natural way to keep my thyroid working , I am still on the trial stage with this ,so I am not sure how it will effect me I do not have any type of side effects from it, Possibly I am feeling a bit more energized , Kind of lost my appetite so thats good I dont crave sweets like before and can go a whole day without being hungry and eat a small meal for supper so I am hoping it will help me with weight loss , Which is what I have been struggling with most since my thyroid doesn't work well, as far as sleep , I do find that I have been sleeping very deeply especially in the morning hours , Its possible that it is the effect of the pill and I am less tired during the day. I will continue to take the pills till the box is empty and monitor my thyroid to see if it works , Ill write another review after.

OK so, I did feel a difference after drinking this. I was less tired, slept better thou, The energy picked up slightly (ok), less body ache, and did feel quite relax, and it did improved bodily function (#2 if you know what I mean)not a much as others reviewed. I was normal without a problem (I was quite happy about that); keep drinking your water thou. Nevertheless after 2-3 weeks of drinking this, I went for my docs appt., they draw blood (I'm feeling great & looked great) but I get a strange call from my endocrinologist 3 days later saying I was really low on my T3 T4 hormones and decided to increased my dosage 🤔. Mind you I rarely drink my prescription because it makes me sick after 4 days of taking straight (for which I have complaint over & over) every time, so I'm always looking for natural remedies and that's why I'm ordering it again and getting a 2nd opinion.

I love this supplement!!!! For years I have insisted to doctors that I need help with my thyroid, I have all the symptoms, however the tests always show that I am "barely" within the normal range and they would never do anything to help me. I started doing research on my own, taking various supplements here and there to battle certain symptoms, but nothing really had great results. I finally came upon this little gem of a supplement, and who could resist trying this all-in-one type of supplement that helps all of your symptoms? I could feel the difference in just the first few days! I actually feel like a human! I'm not fighting falling asleep at my desk at work, I'm not dragging through my day, the brain fog is clearing, I have normal hunger cycles and my gut feels fantastic, and my crackly dry skin is finally healing up too!!! My only concern is that it may be interfering with my sleep, but I'm not sure what is "normal" for sleep per se, because I used to be able to sleep any time, any where, and for hours. Never had trouble sleeping straight through the night and could even go as much as 10 hours if not disturbed. Since I have been taking the supplement, I can't seem to get more than 4 to 5 hours at night even though I never need to nap now, and have difficulty falling back to sleep (if I even can). Anyone else have this issue? I just don't want to have issues down the road because of sleep deprivation (though I can't say that it's not a nice change of pace, lol!), and am hoping that it's maybe just a leveling out period? Or is it possible I really only need 4-5 hours and can be healthy? I'm still on my first bottle.

I have autoimmune disorders---fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Apparently, once you get one, your body decides to collect them. I noticed my 'wintertime' flaky, dry skin was still ongoing, despite it being late spring. My nails had started breaking worse than ever, and my hair was coming out. Doctor was of no help. One day, I noticed HORRID body odor. I looked up 'change in body odor', and two things came up: menopause---which, I'm at the right age, and Hashimoto's disease. For Hashimoto's, I had nearly EVERY symptom. I take this info to my doctor and ALL she did was run a thyroid test. The reading I did shows you can get a 'normal' thyroid reading and STILL have Hashimoto's. I fired her. She was NOT helping. I started ordering this supplement every month, not expecting results for at least a couple months. Haven't noticed my hair on my head coming back just yet, but, the rest of my body hair? I suddenly have hairy legs and arms! Arm hair is fine, not noticeable, but both arms and legs used to be very fine and extremely patchy. Few here, few there. No real difference in mood, depression, etc, but with other disorders, I can understand why. My weight, instead of going up on my diet of air, is now slowly starting to go down again. Dry skin is gone. Nails have stopped breaking. And, it proves my doctor wrong. Just because they paid a lot of money for medical school, doesn't mean they have all the answers, nor that we can't find our answers via the same ways they gained the knowledge. I hope this will keep working for me in the long run. Edited to add: The hair that is coming back in is coming in dark instead of grey! Edit again, Feb. 1, 2018: I haven't coloured my hair since October, where I used to desperately need to every other month because it was so grey. It need some, but nowhere near as severe as it usually would be after just 2 months.
