While approaching retirement age, I naturally had concerns of memory loss. After research, followed by a friend’s neurologist recommending it for the same reason, I decided to try it. This was at least 3 or 4 years ago, and well past time to share my experiences using Choline and Inositol.After taking it daily, for approximately 2 or 3 months, I realized my recall of facts, names, dates, etc, was not only much improved, but much quicker during conversation. That alone was reason enough to keep taking it, but something else very unexpected had already happened.After only 1 month, I noticed my hair fallout had reduced noticeably. I read about the benefits of choline to enable weight loss and after much research I found out that it also helps the liver, cell membranes and nervous system. After researching many brands and reading customer reviews I selected NOW's version because it had the lowest number of additional ingredients. I don't know if it makes a difference to my body but I do know that I will continue to use it.

I think it's a little misleading to headline the page here with, "Choline & Inositol 500 Mg" being that it's actually 250 mg Choline and 250 mg Inositol. It begs confusion if one looks up the adult RDA for Choline, which is 550 mg.

I take this in the morning and it lifts the morning fog and I feel more awake. Coffee is great but Coline &Inosital really helps and maybe it will help you.
