My 2 kids are autistic. They never sleep. Ever. Once I hit 3 weeks on no sleep, while they partied and danced until the sun came up I broke down and bought this. I chose this brand as Ive used other products they offer. I follow the directions and much to my amazement they take it with little problem. (Both have sensory issues with food/drinks & refuse a lot of things.) This just calms them down to the point that they fall asleep with little issue. The taste isnt that great per my oldest but he still willingly will take it. It's not fool proof and we still have long nights here & there but this stuff is a must have for parents with kids who are hard to keep on a sleep schedule. Its so delightful to finally sleep for more than 2 hours a few nights a week.

Firstly, I love that this doesn't contain a ton of Melatonin. Yes, it has melatonin in it, but there are other natural things in it, like Chamomile. It works within 30 minutes, and I noticed that other Melatonin brands make him really drowsy the next day. With Mommy's Bliss, he is much more alert in the morning.

Love this stuff! I give it to my autistic son who is hyperactive and struggles to sleep on time. The dose he is supposed to take is 5ml according to the bottle, but I started him off with 1ml 60-90 mins before bed and it still worked really well. A year later, I had to up it to 2 and 2.5ml but still glad that smaller dosages work. Makes it last a lot longer and I always try to be minimal when using supplements and medications.

Works fast, no lingering tired feeling in the morning.

I bought this months ago and it didn’t do a thing. Well I tried again and it’s amazing!!! My 5 year old level one autistic little guy has been struggling stayed up until 7am slept until 4 couldn’t take it anymore so gave it a try again and it’s working! I give to him at 8 and he’s usually knocked out by 9-10 and sleeps until 8-9 so happy and I hope it continues to works. This has saved my baby

This has been a sanity saver in our house with my ADHD child. It is the only way to force his "off switch" and rest.
