So what are the sizes? or am i suppose to know just by looking at the measurments printed on the back? these only baby sizes or is there a 2t? 3t?

I made a 3t, I think it goes up to a 4t, it as 2t and maybe even 12 month and 6 month sizes.

What does size caa mean? toddler?

It means there are all sizes 1/2 to 4 toddler in the package there will be a separate cutting line for each size. Body measurements are on the flap. I have made this pattern and made the 2T for my granddaughter it ran big.

It’s probably too big for 3 or 4 month olds. More for 13-26 months.
