Leap Motion Controller (Interacts with your Mac or PC, comes with Airspace)

Works as intended, but after a week it starts to overheat quiet easily.But still functional.

Product is good but still not perfect. Fingers get crossed easily at distance and it just track like a VR headset that has hand tracking g built in.

My leap motion arrived and when I removed the sticker it was covered in so much residue it was unusable and couldn't be cleaned. It took me two hours of scrubbing with isopropyl alcohol to finally get all the residue off. I was considering sending it back before I got recommended isopropyl.

Product worked as advertised, but did not work for my needs. Customer support is non-existent. I am still waiting for my refund after almost three months since returning it the same week I bought it.

I had one of these years and years ago but didn’t have a use for it so I sold it to a developer friend. Now I found that I needed it for some AR/VR applications and picked up another one. The software has gotten so much better over the years and it works incredibly well. I do wish the software had more options to make it easier to orient. Like I want it facing me from the camera or top down but I can’t quite work out how to make the driver software work with my application properly. I’m sure I’ll work it out but so far that’s my only complaint! Maybe I’ll hit up their support and see what they have to say. It is still very much a dev tool but there are some specific applications that work very well with it.
