Worked right out the box.
Check all nuts and bolts for tightness. Reversing the mounting screws for the servo mounted on top, allows the top platform to be remounted, rotated by 90 degrees, for a Azimuth/Altitude positing platform.

No instructions are provided on how to hook it up
I have received other pan/tilt controllers and they came with at least some instructions on how to hook it up along with test software. None of that was included with UCTRONICS. I tried doing a google for instructions but nothing came up. This must not be a very popular controller.

no anti static bag
the unit is suppose to arrive in a sealed anti static bag and extra screws according to the video unit arrived in a card board box and no protections no extra screws were in side the box
