More like a tunic, great quality
Love the print and quality. My daughter is 3 and I ordered a 4 and it was too short (right at her booty) I paired it with leggings so it was no big deal but if you plan to wear as dress maybe buy two sizes to see which fits best.

Cute design Waste of money
I purchased the dinosaur dress with pockets and it’s adorable BUT more like a tunic. The pockets are oddly places and it’s really short. I ordered a 2t for my almost 3 year old who weighs 28lbs. We will just put biker shorts or leggings under for the event, but wouldn’t order again.Edit after washing...she have to wear leggings because it’s now a shirt. Awful

Quality Issues
Dress has a beautiful design, but sadly the collar was not symmetrical. Seems to be a quality issue.

On the smallish side, much thinner than expected.
Bought a size 5 for my 2 year old expecting it to be a little big. It just fits. She is a big kid, 98+% in height. About the size of most 4 year olds. The material is very thin and after being washed and dried there is a twist to the dress and it doesn’t hang quite straight. It’s not really bad but always looks like it’s stuck on her bike shorts underneath.
