They are well made.

The description was very confused about size. Anyhow, the griddle supplied to me fully sits over 2 rings of our AEG induction hob and heats up fine. However not quite flat.It needed seasoning on arrival. Flax oil, bake at very high temperature (see instructions on internet). Surprisingly successful. However the result is not nonstick. Could never get an egg off it. It is cleanable with a normal nylon brush. Ok for meat, etc. To be useful for scotch pancakes would need a much more polished smooth ground surface on the metal.

Excellent on grilling vegetables given a good ridge no oil need it, also in the flat side good to do flat bread, well heat distribution on two rings of the stove

Loved this product straight away but no matter what way you clean it it seems to rust very quick, put great for burgers 👍🍔

What a cracking plate, cooks really well and so easy to clean, just keep your hands away until the plate is cold

Good griddle the only snag is it doesn’t fit in my ovenBut works on the hob and bbq a treat

I used the griddle once after being washed and dried by hand it became rusty where the paint started peeling, I relayed this information to the seller, I had one msg back asking how I washed it then nothing, I am £13 down with a product I can’t use. Merry Christmas

This iron playe was used on my bbq and was a revelation ! No more burnt burgers, sausages, you name it, but still get the smokey taste. A great bit of kit, although it is not for the dish washer and can only be cleaned by hand.
