Works Perfectly
This valve worked perfectly as a replacement for the leaky valve it replaced. I used it with pipe tape and haven't seen a single drop of water from it. And it was slightly less expensive than the local hardware stores.

Ordered the wrong PRV. should have order a 150 PSI valve but order the 75 psi by mistake
Ordered the wrong PRV! The product was fine but I should have order a 150 PSI PRV but order the 75 psi by mistake. It was returned with NO problems and a refund was promptly received.

There’s no way to tell the PSI rating you’ll get from the description
Be sure you know what psi you need for your tankless water heater. I had to return this because it was 75psi and I needed a 150psi. I ordered another that was $9 more that specified 150psi and it works fine (same manufacturer). Minus 1 stars for this listing because there’s no way to tell what psi this is (maybe If you know how to read the product number, I guess).

Works great
Works great. I put it in a circuit with a pressure regulator. The PR has a very slight internal leakage and this PRV keeps it from over pressurizing.

DID'T LAST. WOULD'T STOP LEAKING AFTER A FEW RELEASES OF PRESSURE.
I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR A LONG TIME. I GOT A DEFECTIVE ONE AND AMAZON SENT ME TO THE MANUFACTURE FOR A REPLACEMENT. THEY SAID I HAD TO GO TO AMAZON. I WENT AROUND AND AROUND WITH THEM. FINALLY AFTER 45 MINUTES OF WASTED, TIME AMAZON SENT ME A RETURN TAG. IT'S NOT THE PRODUCT THAT IS BAD IT'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FROM BOTH PARTIES.

defective product
Very hard to believe that I received an old defective product removed from elsewhere(You can see the traces left on the outside disassembly and the rust of water on the internal spring). It doesn't work at all. Wasted me a lot of time and energy. If possible, I would rate it as a negative score.

Leak
Started leaking right after installation. I took it all apart, started over ; the valve is leaking for no reason. Total waste of time and money.
