Complete waste of money. Packaging looked bodged and the printed labels looked amateurish and squish. There is nothing "smug" about this product. Apart from the huge profit the company must be making. Cheaper to get powders or by the husk raw. Would not recommend to any one. Do not be conned by the words "keto" diet; as this is very misleading.
