Petite Mom Don’t Get It!!
If you are a petite sized women, do yourself a favor! DO NOT GET THIS PUMP!!! This is a ridiculously overpriced priced breast pump. After reading many reviews and watched videos, I believe the marketing team does a wonderful job and they hired a lot of influencers!!I am a NICU mom for the second time and I bite the bullet and spent the money because of my weekend traveling to be with my second NICU baby while handling a feral toddler at the same time!! Seeing videos I really loved the idea of convenience and I hoped it’ll help me handling my toddler and the traveling back and forth to the NICU hospital(4 hours away). Oh dear!! I was sooo wrong!!Here’s my detailed review:1) The main reason I bought it was because the previous Momcozy that had moved a lot when I do errands(the weight of the pump on the milk container is in the center). So I was specifically looking for one where the weight is evenly distributed. The weight of this pump looks evenly distributed and looks proportional to the shape of breasts. BUT! It is bloooody heavy!!! Like I felt like putting 1/2lb on each side after it’s fully fixed!! The design is great but it’s freaking heavy!!2) I wanted zero leaks. With a Toddler and with the errands, it felt like a no brainer! This pump definitely achieves it. But! There’s a catch! I never used the reusable container so I do not know that but I used the sealed milk pouch! Guess what? Zero leaks, you’re joking right?! It leaks so much after I removed it. Also, it traps a lot of air!! Look at the pictures, you’d know what I mean. I’m not an overproducer but for an average amount(3-4oz combined for both breasts). Beverage of the trapped air, the design is such that it pops open the milk container away from the pump. So, that’s a failure there! I was really willing to buy the expensive pouches for convenience during traveling but seeing so much trouble, it isn’t worth it! I had to cut open the pouch and pour it into the NICU provided containers. Guess what? It leaked everywhere!! I was sooo angry!!3) I’m 5’2 and 135lbs, I felt the pump is outrageously HEAVY. I felt relieved after one session and that’s it. I didn’t want to try anymore!4) Now, the most irritating part of the pump.If I spend $500 why wouldn’t I get 2 chargers for the pumps?? Why do I spend have to spend another $30 for a “spare” pump?! It took about 5 hours to fully charge the pumps using one freaking cable to do the try out! Also, I feel like the pump should come with reusable containers then have moms the option to buy one as add on if they’re planning to use the pouch! Not the other way around.5) I am not sure if it’s only me but I suffered a severe rash after my first use! I did wash and sterilize as recommended but I suffered severe rash bearing the end of my first session. That’s when I made the decision to return it.This is my honest review. I’m done with this pump. I’ll stick to my Lansinoh wearable discreet pumps! It’s lightweight,1/3 price of this pump and a lot LIGHTER!!

Great replacement parts
If you have a willow pump it’s always good to have a back up set of tubes! I recommend get an extra pair! These worked great!

Worked great
One of the flextubes that came with my Willow was defective. These replacements worked better than the original! They are the exact same as the Willow and come in a Willow branded box.

Glad to find the right fit
After only using a Medela for my first, I have been struggling with incorporating Willow into my routine with my second. I thought it was size 24 originally, and was having a hard time producing. After re-sizing, I purchased the 21. Much better - production and comfort! If you are struggling with Willow, may be worth trying a different size. These are easy to take apart and clean. While the new part was affordable, I do with Willow provided 2 sizes up front when purchased.
