Did my thorough research and decided to get this brand of Rhodiola extract. Was not disappointed at all. I would take it around the early afternoon and it would keep me motivated and productive to finish out the day strong, and some days I wouldn’t be able to stop working! I am 24 and own a business, so stress is a constant factor everyday. Before this, I would get so stressed out and my mind clouded, I couldn’t focus on anything. this game me fantastic steady energy and I felt great until I didnt.. I started getting awful pain in my joints and feeling lousy all over.. Turns out its a contradiction with HRT. If you are looking for steady energy this is great if you are not on any other medications. Maybe take 1/2 the recommended dosage. Maybe take every other day

The bottle and the pills were very hot to touch like it’s been left in the sun seems damaged I am unhappy with this apparently bad storage and delivery Any active material in these pills would have gone bad by this temperature! And it says not eligible for refund ! Meaning I receive something like this and can’t return this item ..
