These paired great with my Mixcder ShareMe headphones in transmission mode. I tried several other configurations including receiver mode and it worked great with my iPhone 5C. The sound quality is great; although, I have two things worth noting.1. When paired with my television, there was noticeable audio delay. Fortunately, I have a Samsung television that allows for audio delay compensation and the sweet spot was around 170.2. You are able to use it while charging; however, you make experience static caused by interference in the usb port. This will exist for some and not for others depending on the whether it's a usb 2.0 or usb 3.0 slot and potentially the distance between another device plugged in. As per most recommendations, stick to usb 2.0 if you have a choice and try not to plug it in right next to another port in use.Conclusion: Neither of my aforementioned caveats required a deduction of stars, because they were easily countered in my particular situation. Your mileage may vary depending on usage and your particular hardware, but I am very pleased with my purchase and it works as advertised.

It may in fact do what one might want to do with it, but for me it did not. What I wanted was to connect to my wireless earbuds without turning the sound of the TV off. I guess I miss understood the devices capabilities. What I wanted was to be able to use my earbuds to get the volume I want without making the sound so loud from the TV that anyone else in the room would be bothered.But simply plugging them into the jack on the back of the TV turned the TV's sound off altogether. I could get the sound to my earbuds just fine, but then no one else watching the TV would get any sound at all. Not good. I guess this is not the device for me.

I purchased this device to use in the car for connecting Bluetooth audio to the car sound system and it has met some of my needs but not all.The first thing that stood out was how small the device was. The packaging was excellent and product is very nicely put together.The instructions were pretty clear although the product was simple enough that I didn't need them until later.I plugged the unit into the car and due to how small the device was, I managed to hide it away nicely so it and the cables were not visible. All good so far. Next came pairing the device to my phone, which also went exactly as expected, connect to my iPhone on first attempt and voila music was playing through the car.The device is battery powered so will work with or without power, although I haven't tested how long it would run for without power, I also haven't tested the transmit capability as I just needed a receiver.So as a product it has worked very well and performed admirably, unfortunately for my use there are a few flaws. Because the unit is battery powered it stays on when the car is turned meaning your phone stays connected until either the phone or receiver battery runs out or you move out of range. Once you disconnect the BT device will turn it self off, which means that when you come back to the car and start it up, the receiver needs to be turned on manually, after which all is good again. However as I had said earlier, the device had been tucked away out of sight and therefor it is annoying that it doesn't turn itself back on automatically when power is applied.This was when I searched through the manual to see if there were any options to change the behavior of the receiver, but unfortunately not.So in summary, a great little device that performs well, but unfortunately did not quite work quite the way I would have liked for my application. Still worthy of 4 stars but would have been 5 if there were ways to change the default behavior of the device.

I bought two of these to listen to my TV with headphones. I hooked the transmitter into the headphone jack on the AV receiver connected to my TV. Then I paired the second unit I bought as a receiver and plugged in headphones. Audio quality was good and there was no lag. I then tried pairing my bluetooth headphones to the transmitter. Unfortunately, there was noticeable lag. If you are using the transmitter to listen to remote audio I suggest you purchase 2 to avoid any lag / speech sync issues.I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons:1. Pairing process took several attempts and about 5 minutes of my time to make it work. Once paired no issues pairing again.2. You have to hold the power button down for about 3 seconds to turn the unit on. This means 3 seconds for the TX and then another 3 seconds for the receiver. Wish it was instant on with a press of the button.3. Audio lag with bluetooth headphones

Mixcdr is excellent. I am using it primary as a receiver connected to a variety of powered speaker combinations ranging from small near field monitors up to 600 watt PA system. My Android phone is the current send device. The performance is excellent - it paired quickly, remembers quickly, and does exactly what I hoped it would do. I am adding a tablet this week and am confident that it will continue to perform as it has so far. If there is no update, then my prediction was correct! This is a great device at a great price point.

Works great with the Symphonized Sensation Premium Wireless Bluetooth Headphones I bought to watch TV. The sounds I get is clear and static-free and has excellent base and treble. It's easy to pair as well. The only minor complaint I have is that the batter life is not very long, about 3 - 4 hours. The TV I use with this doesn't have a powered USB audio output, so what I have done is purchased a small battery pack meant to recharge mobile phone and with that I get about 3 times the listening time. It cost $10, so it wasn't a major additional investment and I can just plug it into it's charger and away I go.

I actually purchased this product unlike the other reviews on here.. I've been using it for a few days now and its simply amazing. I bought it for my car as my stereo is a little outdated but did not want to replace the whole system. Its so small and compact. Sounds amazing.. (after you turn down bass on your device). I would recommend this product to anyone.
