My fountain is now working again thanks to this very small pump. It circulates the water better than my old pump and is more powerful. My fountain is about 3 feet high so about average size. For the money spent, I would recommend.

I attached this awesome little pump to a 36000mAh power bank and put it -- the pump, not the power bank -- in the bottom of a pot filled with five gallons of water. It just quietly sings along 24/7, circulating water and bringing great joy to me and to my garden critters (especially the hummingbirds and squirrels)! :D

This is the second one I've bought to replace the original pump that came with my Catit water fountain. This version is the same as the last but from a different supplier and says different manufacturer but it's made in China. So it's probably from the same maker.They last between 2 to 3 years of constant 24hr running based on the first two I had. The only thing is that when you clean out the fountain and change the filter. You should always check the pump because pet hair gets caught in the intake. That has to be cleaned using a tweezer and thin pick. Faucet water should flow through intake out of the outtake smoothly.The hair and gunk can build up, causing the pump to strain. I know because my in-laws have the same fountain and I had to replace their pump in under a year. They never thought to clean it. So maintain it and it shall last longer.

This is a VERY powerless pump. After quite an ordeal just to get it to work I. The fountain . Not as advertised. My fountain isn’t large. I hear it running but it’s not moving the water in the tube. Wimpy. Won’t even push the water up 12”UPDATE:Started working randomly after 12 hours and then stopped again. I thought I’d give it another chance but it continues to go on for a day then off for no reason . Piece of CRAP

This is the exact pump for my cat-it water fountain. My model has a circular top, NOT the flower. Flow is perfect, an exact replacement for the original. Thank you!

My original Catit pump was silent unless the water level was too low. This pump makes too much noise whether the container has sufficient water or not. Unfortunately, I tried the pump two months after purchase.I am not sure if I could return it then, so I am still using it.
