Hello. I read a number of reviews for this product. Many commented on how easy the assembly was. They do not do it justice! This shower bench takes ease of assembly to new heights. REALLY !!! I am an absolute clutz on assemblying anything. Five minutes into the process I stopped and thought something was wrong - it can't be this easy. Ten minutes into the routine and the box was broken down and heading to the recycle bin. It certainly seems to be very solid and well made. I am stunned, but, so far, very happy!!

I really love this product. I bought it for my mom after she had a stroke and it has been wonderful. You can put the bar on either side. It does fit well in the tub and it's suctions very well to the tub. My mom is plus size around 230 lb now and this bench works very nicely and holds up very well. The structure and material are well built. It is definitely worth the money I spent.

Very sturdy. It was recommended by parents' occupational therapist. It ended up being too cumbersome for their small bathroom and bath tub, but can be used in other bathrooms. It's lightweight and color is actually neutral.

So impressed with this bath bench! Easy to put together or change the height of the legs or back. Sturdy and very well made, it allows the user to sit down and put legs into tub while supported instead of having to get into a tub and THEN sit down. So the safety factor is huge! It also helps with independence as no one has to hold onto the person getting into the tub, the bench makes it more manageable to do oneself. I definitely recommend this item and was happy with the price as well.

Nice chair. Works great for love one to safely sit and slide into tub for a shower. Back piece is loose with no way to tighten it so it makes loved one worry that it will fall off if he leans back on it.

Was easy to put together. Very sturdy, can adjust leg height, seat switches to back or front side . No tools required.Be sure you do not have a small bathtub. It was too big for mine & have to return it. Excellent quality for reasonable price.

I bought this for my mother to help her in the shower. It has made it so much safer for her. It was very easy to put together, you just have to attach a few of the pieces and adjust the legs to the height of your tube. There is a handle on the side of the chair so if you still wanted to stand you can and hold onto the handle. I would definitely recomend it to anyone who has a hard time standing in the shower or just maybe a little wobbly on their feet.

This product works as described and gives me a lot of freedom to shower with a broken leg. I was concerned about two things, is it tall enough for my overlarge tub and the ability to keep the bathroom from getting wet. My tub edge and shower door rail are indeed too high for this chair. Instead of the outside feet sitting on the floor, the structure under the seat sits on the shower door rails. it is very stable that way. The chair then tilts very slightly into the tub - this helps with drainage. A lot of reviews complained about the challenge of water getting everywhere. I found a solution that works very well. My wife bought a fabric shower curtain (I don't think a vinyl curtain will work for this). After we hung it up we found a method that works well for me. Tuck some of the shower curtain into the slot between the first and second of the three plastic seat elements. In my case this is just inside the edge of the tub. Make sure the curtain naturally falls to that spot by tucking the curtain into the slot at the right height. You don't want the shower curtain to hang outside of the tub or around the end of the chair. This way nearly all of the water runs right into the tub. If you shoot the shower right at that spot for long some water will get through so adjust the shower angle to avoid a direct shot. I always put a towel down outside the tub but most of the time it doesn't get wet.

This is an excellent item, which I took when my aunts were here. It is very light. It completely helped me and it’s very easy to dismantle.

I really like the ease of the design you can assemble it by simply clicking the pieces together. It's best suited for a large bath, it takes up a lot of space in our bathtub but it's versatile and helps my mom get in and out of the shower. The overhang is helpful when my mom needs to sit to comb her hair or take a breather.

Sturdy but I have no clue how this is supposed to function in a normal bath tub without flooding your bathroom. Due to flared leg design and handle, almost 50% of the seat and yourself end up being outside the tub and you're not able to sit under a normal shower head spray. For sponge bath this may work but I returned it for a small stool and handle combo.
