Nothing I didn't already know and I have never read any publication relating purely to the MacKays which I expected this book to do. There are better reference books out there. If you want it to just add to a collection then maybe. It shipped very quickly and my dad seemed to enjoy it. His texting skills are at a beginner's level at best so I was impressed when he went out of his way to text me "thank you for the book." He never texts me so this was a big deal!

As the heading suggests not brilliant. It's content is very general with only a limited amount of information regarding the MacKay Clan. Nothing I didn't already know and I have never read any publication relating purely to the MacKays which I expected this book to do. There are better reference books out there. If you want it to just add to a collection then maybe.
