Don’t bother
I had to resort to my usual method of towels and a heavy weight to get the rest of the water from the tofu as there’s no way to increase the amount of pressure once you’ve clipped the lid down. The clips are flimsy and I don’t think they’ll last more than a few uses. I think I’ll make my own from plastic cutting boards and long bolts.

Bought this to press home made cheese, Works perfectly. Arrived earlier than predicted and cheaper than alternatives.
