TramontinaBlack Enamelled Cast Iron Frying Pan | 30 cm (3 Litre) | Indoor & Outdoor Use

I liked it very much but I've got to admit that I'm still learning how to better use it. Temperature control is very different from Teflon that I used to cook on. I don't complain because everything tastes better now and I believe it is healthier. It is too heavy for my mother in law to use though which in a way can be a win win situation 🤣

I was expecting a ceramic coating more like Le Cruset, but in fact the pan is pretty much just a cast iron pan, slightly less rough. Where is the ceramic?
