This not like oil at all. It's a thin liquid and mine smells almost sour. Is this normal?

mine is the same, i believe its not like oil because its serum and smells sour because it contains vit C. I use it on my face only twice a week.

Should this serum be used alone or under moisturizer. I currently use and love pura dor argon oil for face moisturizer

Serums go under moisturizers. This serum soaks in pretty well but you can cocktail/mix it with a moisturizer too. Hope that helps.
