Encyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion (10 Volume Set)

This was a coveted item for me. I feel that my fashion library is complete. Anything else is just icing on the cake. Sure, I could view the encyclopedia online. However, I love books and print magazines. Having color photos would've been excellent, but I'm still pleased. Excellent condition, excellent price, excellent purchase.

My only quibble with this edition is the photos are b&w. When I saw the 1st ed., they were in color. I find it to be a tremendous resource for costuming, designing, and simply figuring out names, functions, and history of traditional clothing.

Makes no sense that all the illustrations are black and white. I would expect at least some, if not all, to be in color. I understand it’s more expensive, but would definitely be happy to pay more for it. Maybe release a limited edition color version?
