Laguna Grills D-001 Disco Disk Cooker

Very well made, very powerful, massive steel cooking surface. This device works perfectly. It is very well made, simple to use, cooks very well after seasoning the disc. I also use a steel wok as well, with a wire spacer. Superb!Update 5/25/16 The disc is too big, heavy and flat for traditional Chinese Wok cooking, so I bought 2 Chinese Woks to use in place of the disc. The only way to do this is to buy a wire-type Wok ring, and turn it upside down. Works perfectly. The burner itself is very well-made, heavyweight components which can withstand the Hawaiian climate which is death on metals. After 6 months on a covered deck, only the Wok ring is rusting...

This is a good product. Heavy duty and works great. Had to add some washers behind the legs to get them to tighten up correctly and the gas regulator is not the one described but other than that a good experience with this product.

Just what I wanted, not perfect but a good value for the price. This Disco is BIG and HEAVY so be aware that you may not need one this size unless cooking for large groups. Too big is better than too small, I guess. Because of the weight I added another bolt to each leg where attached to burner. This seemed to steady the unit to my satisfaction and wasn't a big deal to do. The single wingnut connection design left a little wobble or wiggle (not much) that worried me. If I didn't have to do this I would've rated 5 stars.

I bought this disco for my husband, It was a hit. It is well made and easy to assemble.We have really enjoyed cooking with the disco and many friends have asked where we purchased it because they want one. I would recommend this to anyone just getting started using a disco and the pro as well.

We love our disc cooker. Nice size and comes apart easily for storage. The only con I had was even after watching several videos on how to season it I found it rather difficult to do properly. I have several seasoned pans and such and had no trouble but this one gave me a hard time. Otherwise a great buy.
