Great mousemat, thick and heavy
Mouse mats you get hard or soft. The hard ones have a rubber base and the soft ones are made of material which allows them to roll up. If I had the know-how, I would become a squillionare by manufacturing a soft top mousemat with a hard base, so it doesn't curl over time. As, I discovered, no one makes such a thing. So, I searched high and low for a thicker soft mouse mat as hard ones are noisy and inaccurate. I found this one eventually. Although it's a large mat (32x27 cm) when I really wanted one around 25cm at the longest side, it's a great product. It arrives rolled so takes some time to set down, but eventually does. Its easy to clean and supports your wrist.

Expensive but functional
I can't really see that this - or any - mouse mat is worth £18 (hence 4 stars) but I will say it's decent quality. The size is just right for my needs (not gaming). I read some reviews that say there is a strong chemical odour, but I didn't notice that. Also, some reviewers suggested that because the mat arrives rolled up, it is difficult, if not impossible, to fully flatten it. Again, I haven't experienced that. Aesthetically it's fairly non-descript, but I could have done with a more subtle logo (or ideally none at all). In use, the mat is comfortable and the performance of both high end and budget mice is fine.

Love These
Not used for gaming, used for graphic design. I rate these. They last well, track well, glide nicely, give my wrist more comfort and the size is great. Tidy value for money given how long it’s lasted. Recommend.

My go to mouse mat.
Great mouse mats for comfort and glide, can't really fault them, which is why it's the only mats I buy.

Much more resilient to curling up like thinner mats
Perfect mat

Good pad, bad smell, arrived bent
That pad does what it's supposed to do, mouse worked very precise and the very thick pad sticked well to a glass surface desk.Size M was however way too big for my taste. The pad arrived a bit bent (U-shaped) and since it's really thick it took me a while to get it in a proper flat/planar shape. The only real downside of the product is that it had a strong chemical/plastic smell. While working with an average distance from the pad it was however not noticeable.

Its a fine material but the mat has a troublesome bulge once unfolded.
It is fine material and the mouse glides over 'most' of it, BUT...It arrives rolled up in a square tube and even after placing a heavy weight overnight the mat is still not lying flat, it has a bulge one side so the mouse doesn't work that side very well also my palms are usually rough and the felt material doesn't feel that nice...It would be better if SteelSeries shipped it flat. I'm going to weight it down with a heavier weight and if the bulge isn't gone its going back :/Edit: I couldn't remove the bulge, it went back.
