Stale chocolate!
The set of two I received were STALE! It was as if they had been sitting for a very long time somewhere. There were inedible. Total waste of money. I have lived in Europe and enjoyed Ritter Sports chocolate products many, many times. This was NOT it. Yuck.

Lots of care in packaging
This is one of my favorite chocolates, and hard to find. Sometimes ordering it online poses freshness problems. This seller took extra care packaging it to survive heat and melting.
