John Prine - Midwestern Mind Trip
John Prine's first album and only the beginning of a decades spanning career of a songwriter beloved by the world. Every song an absolute classic. Sounds great on vinyl!

A fresh copy of the one I bought in 1972
I originally bought this in 1972. It still in good shape, except the cover is worn out. I rarely buy the same album twice; but in this case I wanted a fresh copy. It's rare I like all the songs on an album, but this one of John is an exception.John's first album, and last album, "Tree of Forgiveness" are his best work.

Must have for Prine fans!
A nice pressing of a great album debut album. Many of Prineโs grittiest masterpieces are on this one, including, Angel From Montgomery, Sam Stone, and Hello in There. This one will make you want to Blow Up Your TV and just listen to John Prine!

Great album, great pressing, memorable music
Great vinyl album, very good pressing with no noise. I knocked off one star because a label was simply stuck onto to sleeve for delivery. There was no protective packaging. This resulted in one section of the sleeve being damaged. Fortunately there was no damage to the LP so I didnโt return it. Itโs the first time an LP has been delivered without protective packaging. Not a good idea.
