Will this work for a 5 foot swimming pool? I just want to use it to cover the pool up when not in use.

I am sorry. I have no idea. What I guess is that, whatever covers any size pool needs to be strong enough to hold a person who has fallen into the pool. This also means that whatever the tarp fastens to must be equally strong.

Any experience painting on one of these? I'm thinking about using it to create a beanbag toss game and I would need to paint some images on one side.
