Great for the price!
I bought this for my babysitter to keep at her house, so it gets used every weekday while I’m at work. Here’s what she loves:-The diaper changer is a good size. My baby is 3 month old and 13 pounds and she has plenty of room to grow.-The pocket on the side is really big. Plenty of room for diapers, wipes, etc.-One side can unzip, allowing toddlers to crawl in or out without having to be lifted every time. This is entertaining for crawlers and gives her back a break. The only con I can think of, and this could be a pro depending on your situation, is that this thing is really big. I think it’s around the same width as a typical pack n play (fits through doorways fine), but it’s quite a bit longer. I was able to get a fitted crib sheet on it, but it was a struggle and it’s not the best fit.Mine did come with a small tear on the diaper changer, but it doesn’t affect use, so it wasn’t worth it to us to exchange it.Update: The baby just turned a year old and this is still holding up fine. The toy that came with it gave out pretty early on, but she is absolutely loving that she can crawl in and out when we leave the side unzipped. Tons of entertainment for her!

Go on YouTube type in unboxing giantex playyard baby crib set
I don’t like the fact that the manual is not great help with the written instructions!!!! The pictures were way better and I found a YouTube channel with a video showing how to set it up and even that person had a hard time but it was great big help to me!!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! EXCITED I AM
Looks exactly like the picture...I love it and can't wait until I can put my little guy in it. This is so perfect I'm surprised its not more expensive. From the quality to the looks, it's absolutely perfect. Also from the picture it looks like the bassinet is held up only by velcro but its not. There are lots of clamps to secure it in place.

Once assembled it's fine, not bad at all
Though the company should be ashamed with it's lack of assembly instructions. I YouTube a video and was together in maybe 3 mins. But why put your customers through that?

Great
This playpen is a little bigger then most but works great. When it arrived we had 4 of the same bars for the bassinet part so we were unable to put it together at first. Contacted the company with pictures and they were very helpful and fast and sending out the right parts that we needed. My nephew sleeps in it 5 days a week and it is holding up great.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH:
Not having a mattress that fits the crib, if you do like we did and purchase the "Frequently bought together" option. You will receive an industry standard 38” mattress, which leaves roughly a 10" gap from end of the mattress to the crib netting. Yes, a pad comes with the crib, however in our opinion, is not sufficient for a newborn to 3-year-old to sleep on. We contacted customer service and were told: “Sorry we do not sale the mattress, hope you can understand. Could you please search it on line or match it in your local? Have a nice day.”. Well, guess what you find when you search the internet for a 48” x 25”x 3” mattress? This portable crib and that is it, there are no manufacturers of a 48” crib mattress, industry standard is either 38” or 52”. Leaving us to either stuff the gap with a pillow or purchase a 10” x 25” x 3” piece of foam and have our local seamstress sew a cover for it. Giantex, really needs to re-think policy when they sell non-industry standard items and then do not provide aftermarket items that go with them. Is not a great way to not maintain a long-term relationship with their customers. Also, like everyone else’s review, the instructions need major work, not helpful at all and plus there are 4 poles that come with the crib and no where in the instructions does it say what they are for or where to use when assembling the crib.
