I drove a friend's child who was wearing this vest. She could lean down and put her chin on her knees while wearing it. Is there a way to avoid this?

Were you using the top tether or just a lap/shoulder belt? If the vest was top-tethered I can't picture a kid leaning far down enough to be putting his/her chin to her knees. Some folks who might be better able to help you with this question are the certified child-passenger safety techs at the internet forum http://www.car-seat.org - they're very helpful and knowledgeable. Does this come with the back back, neck pillow and all the tethers? I can't find a lost in the description or pictures.

As of October 2022, the manufacturer is no longer packaging the neck pillow with the RideSafer. This could change again in the future. Please check our website for the most up to date information about what comes with the RideSafer vest.

Does this come with a tether?

Sometimes the retailer at which you are currently will resell returns with parts missing since they do not know what to check for. All vests should come with a tether strap.

What accessories does it come with?
