Arrived today, installed in garage just now. Using 9x9 c-fold (so, 4.5 x 9 wide). This larger paper sits in dispenser at quite the angle, but dispense perfectly so far. The outlet mouth is sloped so I think this helps with the paper angle, but also puts the towels further from the wall.. excellent design choice ! I think this will reduce the amount of splash on the drywall below the dispenser. Build quality seems lightweight-strong. I think this will last. The zigzag key required to open is molded into the back of dispenser, just rock that back and forth and it breaks free. Has 4 mounting slots, no hardware included. Used drywall anchors and 2 #8 screws with washers (always a good idea with plastic stuff) using the upper slots and it is stable when dispensing. Happy so far. Will post again if it disappoints me. :)

Just ok.
Good for what I needed but the shape is odd. The key is built into the unit and was difficult to find. Come with no instructions.

NO Mounting Hardware
Upon opening the package, was disappointed to find out that the mounting hardware (e.g., screws & drywall anchors) were NOT included.
