I was a little shocked how big they are but a soft gel was not hard to take. Just been taking for a week no issues or side effects. My doctor recommended I take these. Good price for the valve and not having to take multiple pills to reach the amount I need. Glad I found a 600mg soft gel pill.

Great supplement at a good price for people who need a high dose. The pills are large (bigger than fish pills), so if that's a problem you probably want to go with multiple smaller doses. But if you can swallow it, it's a good deal.

My doctor actually recommended my husband and I to start taking these for fertility! They help motivate healthy mucus and we have seen great results! There's no off smell, they are high quality, and taste fine! I highly recommend for the value of these supplements!

Good price. But huge capsule. The photo showing size is deceiving. It does show it’s almost an inch long but balancing on fingertip is deceptive. It’s bigger than that.

What can I say... I take CoQ10 600 mg each day because it's a powerful anti-oxidant. I also take 1000mg of Shilajit, another powerful anti-oxidant. Do they work? Well, I'm staying healthy. Is that a subjective thing? Probably, but it is what it is. I can't recommend YOU take them, as I'm not a physician, but I can only say they work for me... subjectively or not... they seem to work for me.

Ive tried multiple brands. This is the real stuff not like whatever they are saying is real in other brands.
