Equity by La Crosse 30229 LED Digital Alarm Clock, 0.9-Inch, Green

Great product this is my second one The only problem have with it is the fact that the LEDs are too bright and there's no dimmer switch form it ,lights up the room at night, but otherwise a great product

I have two equity battery operated clocks that have worked fabulously for several years. I needed one for our entertainment center that we could see easily at night. So, I chose this one. It arrived in good condition. However, please note that it uses a 9 volt battery to use the backup and one is not included. Also, note that it does not light up without the cord being plugged in. So, not a total battery backup. Only keeps track of the time and does not display in power failure. It was difficult to get the 9 volt battery in and the fittings seemed ill fitted.The clock is not very loud when it alarms but I didn't purchase for the alarm.All in all for $10 it is pretty good for my needs.

Keeps accurate time. The only problem is that the little switch on top that you use to turn on the alarm doesn't work as well as I had hoped. I have to jiggle it to make sure it is actually on or off. The green dot doesn't always go on or off so I have to be careful that it is indicating what I want when I move the switch. I probably wouldn't buy this item again.

I use it for a clock in the great room. The brightness of the digits is very good. Very good value for the clock.

Great clock! No glaring red light. Numbers light up green, very large numbers. Dual alarm. You can set for both to go off at different times, and has a 10 minute snooze cycle. Great buy!

Nice compact size clock, but display is not very bright. Hard to see in a well lighted room.

I use this clock in my living room in my TV console. It is small, easily visible and keeps accurate time.However, the display pulses. It’s very quick flashing but SUPER annoying! Replacing this clock.

Small and does not take up much space. Easy to read.

Returned this item. It would be ok if it had an alarm that is audible. This one has an alarm that would not even wake a bird. I am a very light sleeper, but I had to hold the clock right to my ear to hear the alarm, which is not adjustable.

We purchased this unit for our bedroom, and we had some specific requirements we were looking for. We wanted a smaller unit, with green display that was not too bright. The issue with this unit is that the display is bright even on the lowest setting. We have to turn the clock away from the bed and block the light from hitting the wall with a book. Not the best situation to have.

never had a need for a new desktop clock as my trusty 15 yrs casio desktop clock is still ticking but this changed when we had a baby girl 2 yrs ago. now, i do not have to reach for the light button anymore. the brightness is just right , and the big number makes it easier to read across the room.

I wanted large Display and battery backup for clock & alarm. If power fails alarm still rings.
