Flash Furniture HERCULES Series Black School House Back Metal Restaurant Barstool - Black Vinyl Seat (Pack of 1)

I purchased 2 sets of these bar stools for my breakfast bar which the top is 43 1/2 from the floor. I am very pleased with the wood seat and it is solid because I had to use my 18 volt cordless drill to install the seats. I like the cherry finish and how the middle of the seat has a rounded area a little bit more shallow than the rest of the seat. I am 6 feet tall and I can comfortably rest my feet on the lower bar of the stool. The bar stools arrived neatly package and each stool was wrapped from bottom to top. There were no scratches on any of the bar stools. All the screws needed to assemble the bar stools were in the packaging. One note though I did have to bend 2 of metal mount brackets where the wood seat mounts to the metal part of the stool but that was easily done with a pair of vise-scrips. As mentioned before I used my cordless drill to assemble. Placement of the seat is left to you, no markings are on the bottom of the seat to match to the metal brackets on the stool but it was relatively easy and I managed to get the wooden seats all pretty square by the eye. Some measurements I took were as follows. Wooden seat height at its highest point is roughly 29 inches. Wooden seat width at its widest point is roughly 16 1/2 inches. From the bottom of the wooden seat to the top of the back of the chair is roughly 14 inches. Wooden seat down to the foot rest is roughly 18 inches. Hopefully I was able to help rather than confuse anyone. I did fail to mention my bar stools are sitting on carpet but they do have a plastic cap on the bottom for hardwood floors. I cannot comment on on how level the bar stools are on a solid floor like hardwood or concrete.

I like the chair but it came without hardware. Wanted to put it together and put it to use immediately. Looked through everything. ☹️

One of the four chairs came with a pretty sizable divot on the top. The color is also more orange then it is cherry so just be wary.
