REALLY good book.Arnold Ehrets Mucusless Diet is THE way to live and Spirabrings his teachings into the 21st century.I wholeheartedly recommend his book and also his annotatedversion of Mucusless Diet Healing System.Get all these books on kindle for ease of reading and hard copy forease of study.

i LOOOVE this book. i have long been a fan of arnold ehret. but the first books i read of ehret's were poorly translated and left me wondering how to go about transistioning into a mucusless diet. spira's book made everything clear to me.
