How do you filter the micro plastics and other unwanted bits out of the brine before making the salt?

I would not. It's a highly flaked salt that might be good as a finish but not in the actual making of the cheese.

Yes it is. I can say the lil pyramid crystal salt shapes makes it more than just flakey salt it’s amazing. Even a hefty amount isn’t salty to the palette. I buy it by the pound tubs it’s that good.
