Amazon wants me to write more about tge router bit so yes it’s “sturdy” (suggested by Amazon). It cuts great. There. Everyone knows this brand so not much else to say.

Cut was smooth and accurate on Wilsonart laminate material covering a birch plywood countertop in a camp kitchen using a portable router. Would buy again. Freud quality continues to impress.

I have used this bit on a number of occasions. Its performance has always been equal to my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate not hesitate to purchase this bit again.

This bit is a definite step up from the cheap bits that are similarly priced for a multi-pack. The bit cuts well and the bearing spins well. Make sure that you have good contact with the bearing as the bearing guard will cut into the template. I subtracted a star do to a chip in one of the carbide cutters. It looks like the tool was dropped during packaging. There’s a small chunk of carbide missing and a a scrape across the body. I know this isn’t a high end bit, but Freud is known to be better than that. Overall a great bit and works well on the HDPE sheet I need it for. Would recommend.

Typical Freud quality and I was pleasantly surprised by the price.

Works very good does get hot and burn the wood if you rush it
