There very good and very fresh

Got these on a really good sale for half off. So for me it was definitely worth the money. They taste good. There is a a lot of fiber. The ingredients could be a little better. The worse part is sometimes when eating there would be some pretty spiky bits that would combat the “soft” baked part of it. It’s like in between a hard granola bar. And soft oatmeal. Not too hard not too soft.

Been buying for years both flavors are excellent and because there oatmeal you actually feel satisfied as a morning breakfast on the go great product

I got these as a snack and ended up eating 2 squares. They were delicious. Not too sweet plus oatmeal = fiber.
