I recently purchased two of these cables, and I must say they exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and convenience. The flat design of the cable is a game-changer, allowing for easy and discreet installation without the hassle of dealing with bulky, round cables. I conducted several tests to evaluate its performance, and is indeed able to uphold 1 Gbps transfer speeds. Whether I was streaming videos, playing online games, or transferring large files, the cable handled the data with remarkable efficiency. In addition to its performance, the build quality of the cable is good. While the connectors are not too sturdy, the cable itself is durable and feels well-made, giving me confidence in its long-term reliability. I highly recommend it to those looking for a hassle-free, long and cheap cable.

This cable is nice and flat, the white colour is very flattering to any colour wall It even works as a network cable, so that's a bonus point.

Nice flat cable. Easy to run and speeds seem fine. Knocking a star off as the white colour is a bit grey and not uniform across the cable.

I bought these to be able to connect my router and desktop together which are on the opposite sides of the room. As these cables are flat, I was able to ran them along the walls of our house and unless you look closely, it's quite hard to tell it's even there! (No carpet so can't do the under the carpet trick). I get the full 500mbps transfers from my router during downloads as expected. Can't give a review however regarding the LAN transfer rates. What I can say is these do feel like a very durable set of cables and I'd be more than happy to buy from them again if I need to link up my other desktop in the future.

We were able to fit this under our skirting to hide it since it is so thin and place our router in a much more advantageous position at home without an ugly looking cable everywhere!

The Trend controllers that I connect to and commission/service, require that a ethernet patch lead is used to connect a laptop. Firstly it helps if I can locate my PC in a suitable & convenient position and a 15m ethernet patch lead gives me a lot of flexibility. The flat design allows it to be easily used and I have found that it doesn't snag, also PC connection and communication was quick and reliable. This type of cable is ideal where an unobtrusive permanent home or office install is required.

I kept having low speed issues (~90Mbps) on a 500Mbps connection, I was using this cable to link the ISP router with my Asus aimesh router. I kept blaming it on the mesh setup / router I have and its configuration. After spending one morning configuring and reconfiguring the network using different options with no improvements I tried the one thing I had not tried and replaced the nice flat Cat6 cable with an old crinkled Cat5 and voila... I get speeds between 300Mbps and 500Mbs on the wifi network. Just to make sure that the cable was the culprit I made the switch two times more with the same results, with this cable speeds would not reach 100Mbps, with my old cable it went all the way to 300Mbps or more. I am not sure if I got a lemon or this is a common problem, but I am definitely going to try to return it and get a refund. I would definitely not recommend it.
