EASY WAY FOR A GREAT SLEEP!!
This spray is wonderful!! Just shake well, and mist it onto your pillow before bed!! I have even misted (sprayed) it over the bed area or room area also. The smell is so calming,....it does help you sleep!! I love the smell, and it does last!

Love this spray! I typically use deep sleep pillow spray but it can be pricey. I tried this because it was cheaper and it smells the exact same! This product definitely helps me fall asleep sooner and sleep better! Highly recommend!
