These are absolutely tiny! So easy to swallow, as well as being extremely small they are a nice smooth shape too, with no flavour.Great value for money, a massive years supply.Definitely needed in this country with the great British weather haha, I will continue to buy these, and they can also be doubled up in winter for maximum dosage when you get no vitamin D, and then I just take one in the summer when I feel like I havnt had enough daylight.

I add one vitamin D pill to my daily prescription medication and my wife also. We firmly believe that vitamin D has huge benefits for the immune system along with other benefits. As vitamin D is fat soluble, it is better taken after breakfast. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow and in my opinion are money well spent.

Winter vitamin D top up - good value.

I have taken these for years and would not be without them. I am 85 and still do 5 classes at the gym. These tablets and other vitamins definitely help.
