Game changer for anyone who use it for music while commuting
The remote itself works flawlessly, it works even if the PSP itself is on HOLD mode so you can clip the remote controller to your jacket and pause/change tracks or volume without having to take the PSP out. It looks quite classy too. But I recommend using a high quality headphones or earphones since the ones that comes with this bundle is abysmal and can't do the PSP's DAC system justice. But I'm happy with the remote control. Super handy.

Worked for my PSP 1000 Original
The PSP remote works really well, Iโm really happy to have one of this. If you set the PSP in hold, you can still control the sound and music through remote. The earbuds are obviously simple and cheap, but you can used your own wired earbuds.

Does NOT Work with PSP 3000
I should have asked before I purchased it, but this cable is NOT compatible with other PSP models. I could not find a remote for the 3000, so I tried this one just in case as it was reasonably priced. I do not have a 2000 so I cannot confirm if it will work or not. Quality of the cable and remote seems decent enough. I'll be keeping mine in case I find a 1000.
