Quick review: Best pan I ever had, I am looking to buy more of these because every time I buy something and I truly love it, they disappear, so I am going buy more and put them away for future use. UPDATE: I no longer think this was the best pan. I found them to scratch too easy over time. I was so tired of trying new pans, only to have to get rid of them because they warped, or were not as non-stick as they promised, or the coating on the pan started to deteriorate, or you had to "Season" the pan, which never lasts. I like using non-stick pans because I do a lot of cooking. I cook for the VFW, the Moose Lodge, and for disabled Veterans that are in need of some help. I was out shopping one day and found the 7" pan on sale, I bought it as an egg pan and put it in my cabinet, three months later when my last pan warped I took it out and used it. I was impressed and after using it for about a month, decided to search for other pans of the same brand, make and model and found these ones. I bought them and I have never been more satisfied. So much so that I send a set of them to my mother on mother's day, and she now thanks me all the time for them. Here is what I like about them. First, to say that they are non-stick is truly an accurate description, I make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with three types of cheese and the cheese does not stick, I cook eggs with less than half a teaspoon of butter, and if you like you can cook them without butter, and yes you can use a spatula and the eggs do not stick. Cleanup is even after cooking bacon where the bitts and bobs stick to the bottom of the pan is as simple as running water in the pan and they slide out. Plus the outside of the pan is coated with something that grease does not stick to very well. Every pan I have had gets a black crust on the bottom because I flip things without a spatula and a bit of grease always runs down the outside of the pan and gets baked on, but with this pan, an easy, and I do mean easy wipe with a scrub pad and it's gone. The pan has a 2mm diffuser at the bottom build into the pan and it makes it durable, strong and warp proof. The one and only problem with the pan. When I first started to use the pan there was a chemical smell that come off the pan or the handle, I think it was the handle. I might have had the flame up to high and it heated the silicone rubber or whatever the handle is made of to a higher temp and the smell was not pleasant. I now keep the pan slightly off center of the burner so that the handle is further away from the flame and I do not have that problem anymore. This may be due to my new stove, I hate it as the flames are an inch further away from the bottom of my pans and I have to use higher heat to even boil water. So, I don't think it is the pans fault, but my stoves fault.

I've bought these nonstick pans twice. Once for my BF and again for my daughter. They both say they are great. I like that the ceramic coating is non toxic for my loved ones. They've held up well so far and my BF only uses plastic or silicone utensils when cooking with the pans to avoid scratching them.

These pans are amazing for their non-stick surface. The entire brand is an excellent value for the price/product. However, I've done everything recommended to extend their life and I still only got a year out of the pan before things started to stick. I use felt liners when storing the pans to keep the nonstick surface from being damaged. I only use silicon cooking tools, keep the heat medium-low, and I use oil, not cooking spray. That's a lot of effort to keep a pan and it only last a year. Two years is what I would expect. However, the pan is affordable, it's not a terrible thing to have to buy one annually. If i find another brand that works as well and lasts longer I'll switch.

I recently purchased these as recommended by the doctor who runs my body detox program. I can not cook with any oil or butter so these Ceramic pans are recommended. I usually only use cast iron or stainless steel cookware, so I was very reluctant to try these. That said, I actually really like cooking on these pans - 1st making over light fried eggs or scrambled eggs is remarkably and comparable finish to any other cookware - with the exception that pan actually is way cleaner at the end - Food does not stick and the end product taste is not compromised by not adding any oil, butter or spray. I also love that the set comes in 2 sizes. The only negative would be no lids, I make due with others that I have but, I do like lids that fit and wish at least the larger one had its own lid. Would highly recommend for fat free cooking.

I've had these for 40 days and used them 5-7 times with wood or silicone spatulas. Both of them are scratched and eggs very much stick to them. I've bought these before and the quality was decent but these are awful.

Run, don’t walk. Buy these pans now. Such a well made product. Never knew I needed the smallest size but this is so ideal for me when I make myself one egg some mornings or for anyone who’s cooking something small and doesn’t want to waste a clean pan that’s bigger. The instructions say use oil. You literally only have to use the tiniest amount. These pans are sooooooo non stick they make cooking easy. They heat up faster than my other pans as well. And I can’t forget about cleaning, so easy. No scrubbing hassling over junk stuck on there. Everything glides right off. Plus they’re non toxic. You can’t lose with these. No I’m not making commission I’m just really happy with the purchase. I will be a customer forever. Buy them, you won’t regret it.

I tried these pans once I learned how traditional non-stick pans, such as Teflon pans, actually work, which is by releasing oily PFAS compounds ("forever chemicals") as they heat up. Not only are those compounds toxic, but eventually they all come out of the substrate material, eventually rendering those pans useless. These GreenPans, however, have surfaces that do not rely on chemicals. They are imply non-stick by nature. These pans must be handled carefully so as not to damage the non-stick coating, but aside from that they are the best pans I have ever used. Very minimal applications of butter or oil will suffice, and they are a breeze to clean.

Avevamo letto delle recensioni in cui si scriveva che purtroppo durano poco, pero aime, avevamo sperato che fossero fatte in virtù di un uso o di un lavaggio scorretto. Ci siamo quindi impegnati a seguire minuziosamente le linee guida consigliate, sia per l' uso sia per il lavaggio, dalla casa madre. Dopo solo 3 settimane, la superficie di ceramica ha iniziato a creparsi rendendo la padella, purtroppo, sempre più rovinata. Mettiamo due stelle perchè davvero è stata una delle superfici in ceramica migliori provate...finchè è durata (letteralmente 18 giorni)

Great pans. Super easy to clean and don't have me concerned with flaking and warping like my old T-fal pans. I always put a bit of oil in my pans regardless if they are non stick or not.
