Looflar Anti-Fog Adjustable Full Face Shield with Clear Film Elastic Band and Comfort Sponge (5 PACKS)

I purchased these shields for added protection to wear with regular cloth face masks during travel. I researched a lot of shields and read a lot of reviews before I chose these. I was concerned that they might not be comfortable on our foreheads for a long period and too warm in warm weather. However, they are very comfortable—far more comfortable than any mask. There’s plenty of room to wear glasses (or sunglasses) underneath. They don’t fog up. I like that the whole set of 5 comes packaged in shrink wrap for protection, and that each individual shield has a removable plastic coating on BOTH sides, to protect from scratches until you are ready to wear them. The plastic coating/film has a sticky “tab” on each side to make it easier to grab and remove that film. Each shield comes with a foam strip (9.5” x 1.5”—so plenty long enough to cushion your forehead); you remove a paper strip to expose a sticky side, which you stick to the forehead area of the shield. Each shield has an elastic band (which is also good for adjustability) that goes around the back of your head which is .75” x 12”. You do have to be careful with the shield (when you’re not wearing it) because if you toss it around and are rough with it, it will bend and crease. And it will get fingerprints all over it (just like glass would) it if you touch it with dirty hands. But it’s not particularly fragile. Removed protective film as instructed but the plastic is not clear to see through. Tried cleaning with water and alcohol and did not improve the visibility. Need to return but not sure worth the hassle especially with infection on the rise and trying to stay home as much as possible. DIsappointed

This product ships nicely in a small form. All you have to do is take one of the precut foam blocks, peel off the yellow plastic sheet that covers the glue, then stick it to the top of the face shield. It is easy to put on and comfortable enough to keep on for a long time. Its light and washable too, which is great. You can wear a mask underneath, as well. The face shield does a great job of covering your eyes, nose, and mouth!

The transparent shield is not very clear because of the glare (FYI: removed the thin protective cover). There were scuffed / scraped marks all around the edges. I had to use a dark background and sufficient light to take pictures of the marks.. Returning the product and hope to get a better product in return..

My wife teaches, and her school for some reason decided that this semester needs to be in person instead of virtual. Obviously with everything going on, we wanted her to be as safe as possible. We got both face masks for her to wear while teaching as well as these shields.The shields are pretty comfortable. They come with an elastic band to go around the head that holds it in place fairly well along with a foam strip along the forehead area. The shields are also quite a bit longer than some others I've seen, going well below the chin and also covers almost to the ears on the width side. They are also pretty easy to see through after removing both pieces of film.On the negative side, they do get pretty warm with extended sessions, although that would be an issue for any shield I think. The foam piece for the forehead and the elastic band, while comfortable, also limit the life of the shield. If you sweat while wearing the shield, the foam is going to absorb that, which would develop mold after a while. There really isn't a good way to clean that piece. The same can be said for the elastic piece. This is the reason for it being 4 stars instead of 5.All in all, these do get the job done. They're comfortable and cover more of the face than most of the other shields I've seen. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive shield, these fit the bill.Note: I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

We needed these quickly, and they came quickly. They were easy to assemble. There is only 1 protective film covering, so only 1 side was protected from scratches. I tried to use a clorox wipe on one and scratched it all up. So, only use alcohol wipes or air (ha) to clean them. They have served the purpose we needed them for, but I am looking at different versions. I don't really like how the label is so blatant on the forehead: "FACE SHIELD" ....LOL. They have NOT fogged up. The elastic has been stretchy enough to not cause headaches. And the forehead cushion helps. They will be good backups.
